The first shipment of W910 phones has a number of issues that have been acknowledged by Sony Ericsson. They tend to sometimes turn off after 10 seconds and they have issues with receiving calls and therefore the phone is rendered useless. For this reason, the phone is being recalled. If you bought it through Orange in Europe, you should be able to return it. If you bought it unlocked, it appears that you may be out of luck.
